As the construction industry moves toward more sustainable design, Heartland Acoustics & Interiors has moved along with it. The company employs multiple LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professionals and more associates are in training for certification.
In addition to the numerous LEED® projects Heartland has completed, the company was part of the construction team that built the first LEED® PLATINUM commercial building in Colorado and the first LEED® PLATINUM high-rise building in downtown Denver.
Heartland is educated on responsible construction, focused on sustainable project design and sensitive to safeguarding our natural environment. That’s why Heartland has partnered with Armstrong Ceilings – the creator of the nation’s first, biggest, and best Ceiling Recycling Program. As an Armstrong Certified Recycler, Heartland helps to recycle old ceilings into new ceilings and that means reduced landfills in our communities.
